Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags, labels, and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
